  Quality and customer service has gotten really poor over the years. We've been going to the 42nd and Harrison location for over 12 years. The service and value for our money had always been excellent until Becka the manager moved on. Since then, the quality and employees attitudes are both very bad. We are tired of getting crappy pizza with only a few toppings so we will find a new Papa Murphys to give our business to even if it means having to drive a little farther. Its sad that such a great place had to end.

  This location stays busy, but the staff are friendly and fast. Never had any problems with my order or much of a wait time. Consistent with other Papa Murphy's locations in terms of food quality.

  Nothing to write home about. They have good quality. I had a little resistance applying a coupon that I found online that they eventually accepted.
